Shipping is a flat fee of $24.95 and includes your pet frog shipping via Overnight service so the frogs arrive in great shape. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $140! If you order a habitat, your habitat will come first in a separate shipment. After it arrives, we will send your Frog via Overnight shipment. We do not ship frogs to PO Boxes.

Q: How long before I get my Frog?
A: Your habitat or other supplies will come first in a separate shipment. After it arrives, we will send your Frog via Overnight shipment. You will receive an email upon shipment.

Q: Do you give a Guarantee?
A: Yes. We guarantee your Frog will arrive alive. After it arrives we can no longer guarantee it as most problems with Frogs come from improper care.

Q: Can I play with the Frog?
A: No. Oils in the skin of frogs can cause irritation in some people so be sure if you touch him to immediately wash your hands, especially before touching your face or any sensitive area.

Q: I just got my Frog. Why doesn’t it look like the picture I saw?
A: Frogs express stress by turning a dark color and not moving much. So do not be alarmed if upon arrival his colors aren’t what you expect (dull or even brown) or he’s not very active.

Q: How many Frogs can I put in my Habitat?
A: The Tree Frog habitat fits 4 adult Tree Frogs comfortably. The Ground Frog habitat will fit 4 adult Tomato or Fire Bellies or 2 PacMan frogs. Specifics are on each frog page.

Q: Can I order Frogs during the winter?
A: We ship Frogs year-round. Do not order if it is below 40degrees or over 90degrees. It is your responsibility to not order during weather that is too cold or too hot.
